If you know him pretty well and he is a good responsible person then hell yeah I would let him take it for all those parts. $1000 worth of stuff to be without my car for a day? I would do it in a heart beat if I trusted the guy. Now if you dont trust him 110% that is a different story.

uve got a pcf, set the rev limiter to 5500 rpm see how he likes it then, thats just enough to impress a girl without being too dangerous

I let a friend drive mine ONCE. I was at work and he took it to wash it. I got it back all nice and clean, not a scratch... But I ran into a few friends that said they saw ME going sideways through an intersection.

I think that you should go for it, BUT before you do, take him out for a spin in your car, and let him drive it for a few miles so that you can kinda see his driving style. And then on the big night, tune your ignition so that it fuel cuts at 4000rpm
