Love this lady, running a city no debt, 700 million in reserves and get this she's stayed in office by taking care of the people she represents, CRAZY right?

They don't seem to be complaining, 92% approval rating.

That's based on how people actually bothered to vote... We had Prime ministers here with high approval rating's disguising the fact that so much of the country was disenfranchised with politics from poor leadership, that hardly anyone was voting.

Statistics will often tell you what you want to hear, not what you want to really know.
