They just fired their CEO, that coupled with the close to 30 billion in right offs is a sure sign they are treading water without a life jacket. Silver State Bank of Nevada was the 11th bank of the year to go under, John McCains son Andrew McCain resigned as director in July.

We have a credit card outstanding with them, trying to pay off the debt. Should that effect anything on our end?

No you are an asset, your loan will be assumed by another bank, don't worry someone's gonna get their money outta ya!
