Has any one heard any change from this yet? Im still waiting for $1500.00 dollars worth of parts from him.Im about to weeks from going to pay him a visit he only lives 2 hours away and im sick of this ****. I gave him the benefit of the doubt cuz he has had woman problems. But his woman problems are turning into my woman problems cuz im out $1500.00 of the $7500.00 i spent with him. My better half is freaking out on me......It was hard enough to get her to let me spend the money now i have to come up with more just to put the fricken thing together.........Its plain bs and im getting fed up with it..........

if you get 10 or so of the people who are waiting on parts to go in on it with you- the group could take him to court.

this **********er needs to experience the US judicial system...

I payed Cash by wirirng him mail from my account to his. So now what do i do?????

Go to his store/house and take his lawn mower or anything else you can find.

I never would do a muti-thousand dollar transaction like that, call your bank and see if there is recourse. Call your DA and file wire fraud charges against him. Getting served with papers should get his attention

I had the same problem and I live bout 30 min away....... I just called up my credit card company after I told them to refund my order and heard nothing from them....... Sorry to hear you luck, I got my $1000 back already......... If you do decide to come to town to visit them, send me a PM and we can meet up and go to eat or something in Indy and talk bout how much RtrMtrSprts sucks

You know one other option I just thought of, isn't it a "Yahoo Store" don't they have some sort of buyer protection program? I am almost positive they do.



I don't know how you would go about it, but I am sure a call or email to Yahoo would get you started in the right direction.

Hey bro, I just had a question. Why is his shop banner still up if

all these people are having trouble, does the shop just not exisist

anymore? This is not a shop rival thing, im just saying people might

not see this thread and start going to his web page and have similiar

problems. hummmm just curious, no biggie for me either way, Im just

thinking of our fellow drivers..

Yea I have kind of covered it to an extent. Basically he is still in business, when I contact him about all this stuff he assures me it is being taken care of. First thing, he has paid for the spot and if I go and yank his advertising, it will sever any possibilities of me working this situation out.



Trust me I am on him and I want this **** resolved, but pulling the advertising will only ensure that I will not be any influence on the situation. Basically, I lose my leverage
