We've pulled the advertising and I am hoping you guys will go to Yahoo and make them pull the store.

 

I went to yahoo and have gotten no reply from them........So is it offisial then he is gone??????? Phinsup you dont even talk to him any more????????????????

 

I think it's obvious that he's gone. It'd be nice of him to give back the money or atleast parts he owes the people. Let alone, if I were in your boat, I'd file a claim or whatever it's called.. and sue him or something.



I dunno, I just wouldn't be the same if I get ripped off a dozen times by someone who I thought I could trust with my money and giving me parts for my car.

 

I was told by a little birdy(secret source) that the reason that nobody has gotten thier money is because the money you sent went into his wife's(soon to be ex-wife) bank account and he can't get to it to pay for the orders. That is also the reason that he can't pay his customers back. The reason you haven't gotten your parts is that he got kicked out of his house and has no way of accessing his email orders and checking his phone orders(all based in the house). If this is untrue them my apologies to Slava and his customers. If the admins would like to delete it then I hold nothing against them for it. Please don't be pissed at me for this. I just wanted to keep those who are waiting for thier money or parts up to date on what is going on. I know Slava isn't here to defend himself, but if someone is more informed then I am please feel free to correct me. Again my apologies if I'm wrong.

 

Well let's hope it all gets worked out, it's a bad hand to get dealt for sure, but it would be nice if we had a little info from slava himself.

 

He could acess the internet to drop a post and check his email from ANY computer....

Yes Phins you're right, it would be nice to hear something from Slava himself. Actually I'm sorry I posted this because I read a few posts that I hadn't seen and someone already said what I said. Now I really feel like an ***. I think that I really need to just stop trying to give updates about him. I think from now on I'm going to let him or others take care of the updating and just sit back and see how all this pans out..

 

I am personally in contact with the Boone County Sheriffs department in requards to Slava and Rotor Motorsports. To take this further, I am not only suing him for non-receipt of parts/refund, I am charging him with fraudulent evasion, puishable with up to 1 year in prison, usually no less than 6 months. Being in contact with him on a few occasions recently has proven that he in no way is interested in taking respons ibility for his actions. This is a means to an end for Slava that he brought on himself.
