I was looking through the stash pile at the shop and noticed i have a bunch of nonusable rotors. i was thinking about cleaning them and chroming/polishing/painting them and putting an analog clock inside the bearing. would anybody on here be interested in buying one? if so, what would be a good price to sell them at? i was thinking about $40.

I would be interested if the prices was right. Would this come with a housing too????? I have wanted one with a housing to set the rotor into and was going to make my own. If you can get both a housing and rotor I would be willing to pay $50 or so if it looked really good.

Let me know,

There's one of these floating around already...

I'll try and find the link for it.

Not saying you shouldn't mind you, just letting you know someone else has already started this.

I would buy one if they were chromed and you made the face out of a fd tach guage and needle.

Go for it man, its easy to do, find some good paint or polish them up. I made a bunch a while back, I had to sell them for about 80 bucks or so to make my money back, but if you get the rotors for free then your all set.

I'd be interested in one with the housing

Would it come out to be ~ $50 or more like $100?
