I'm seriously considering it
It already looks like we could double the cars from last year which would put us at 200+ and 200 is our conservative goal for 2004. We had one guy from Tampa last year, and Atkins drove out from near Seattle. Steve Kahn drove up from Texas, and I know he's coming again this year (hopefully with a significant convoy following him).

damn this would be like a 5 day event if i go there.... including the straight drive down and straight drive back to and from nj....
Distance: 704.9 miles Approximate Travel Time: 10 hours 50 mins
And I know you NorthEast guys drive faster than 65 mph...
So if you left at 8am on Friday you'd be there by 6 pm I'm sure...than you could relax a bit before heading over for dinner (which we are paying for) and a few drinks (if you are of legal age and paying for them). Plus we don't start racing until Saturday around midday so you could sleep in!

considering the roads needed to be driven on and the large pack that will probably be going i could see us all doing 100+mph all the way down there meaning about a 7 hour trip, 8 hours if you include stopping for gas.
lol trip from north nj to maryland we were rarely under 100mph ask the m3.
but legal situations allowing, im down.
kevin.
