;)Is it possible to fit a 13B Twin Turbo into a '99 Miata? If so.. what new parts/ mounts would I need besides the engine (DUH https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub..._DIR ), Mounts, and custom exhaust manifold? Also... are there any aftermarket mounts that i could buy.. or would i have to make them...

simple answer is yes...it has been done a few times in japan saw it in option mag. its a chicks car..now what you need would be a standalone ecu eng mounts tranny mounts drive shaft (rear end) not sure on that one..and someone who knows alot about custom fabing

We have built two here.

Like anything, can be done but would be expensive if you paid for the work rather than did it. When you stick a 13Bt in there it's noticable that there are shapes & recesses in the body pressings that line up with RE bits like the turbo compressor & clutch fork.

Mazda definately were thinking about it........should have made them!

Mazda's hydrogen powered MX-5 had a rotary in it. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png
