So this kid comes into my work today, the quicklube at the saturn dealer here in west phoenix, i saw this car coming from a mile away. it was a late 90's neon, rediculously rattle canned yellow body kit, lowered (obviously not aligned after the fact), yellow, blue and white interior with "race" seat covers, and a fugly girlfriend. SO im thinking oh this should be good. Apparently the kid just wanted to use our shop, but he couldnt so I had to work on his car for him. So he pulls it in, and the first thing he tells me is "hey, dont take it personally, but I am usuaully the only oine who work on this car." So im thinking right, this kid is a joke. So i proceed underground and notice that his drain plug was COMPLETELY rounded( probly from him trying to turn it the wrong way, which he then had to have us fix. So he hands me the plug he bought because he insisted that he watch me the whole time. I drain the oil, do the filter and come up top, and start asking him about his car while im refilling the oil. I asked him first of course if he had anything done to it, besides the aem intake and blue hose cover kit He responds sheepishly with "well its got a aem intake, bi cam upgrade? , a fuel manage ment system AND a aem standalone! By this time i am laughing hysterically inside at this kid. Then he goes on to tell me that the car stock is 130hp, but hes putting down about 230(BS of course). He then looks at me and says, "20 bucks if you can fi8gure out my "secret" of what makes it sound like a turbo?"! So then I start asking him what he really has done to it and why he doesnt put a real turbo on it, to whcih he sadly confidently replies " I dont ned a turbo, I beat everyone I run itno, man. I play for keeps, yo!!!! Thank god I had just finish putting on the oil cap because I had t walk away laughing out loud to go tell me buddy that works there. Sorry to make this so long, I just couldnt believe this! Sorry to make this so long winded, I just had to share this with people who would apreciate the hilarity of this dumbass!

I've seen idiots like that and had the "pleasure" of talking to a few. Its sad but one of them actualy owned an fc he stopped to talk to me about my vert one day and then proceeded to tell me all the stuff he'd done to his car, to bad it all had been done wrong. He also really liked my vert becuase of how much lighter it must be than his coupe.

I had went up to autozone few weeks back, had to get some cleaning supplies. Some Idiot comes up to me and says, "Hey man, is that your Lude?" I'm like, yeah it is. He then says,"Well hey do you know alot about cars, man, cause I need some help changing my sparkplugs." I almost laughed at that, but hey I wasn't born knowing how to walk, talk, or tie my shoes. So he walks me over to this civic, with a sticker on just about every square inch of the car. He's telling me about all the mods he has done, and for a second I beleived him. Till I actually popped the hood to change his plugs. What I found was like most ricers a bone stock engine. Well I got the plugs changed and He's still talkin about his mods. Saying how he runs 10's, and how he's got 600hp. I'm a nice guy, so I held back the laughter, or at least tried to. My breaking point was when he asked to run against the lude. Then I told him how it was and what I knew. Damn, when will these kids learn that 5 large stickers does not add an extra 50 hp. Oh well, He's got new plugs now.

Tranny fluid isn't green. It's red and then turns black over time. You must be tlaking about antifreeze, that's green.
