Yes it is rice..I put them on my car cause my **** would not spray and I didnt want to pay $15. a peice for them at the dealership..I have to admit I had the lights on untill I got pulled by the cops 2 times cause of it..they thought it was blue..But when you have sealed beam bulbs and something with a hologen look it makes the hologen look blueish..

I had to convince them it was Hyper White..I still got them but the lights are not pluged in..They will be changed before I paint the car..

Put them on a seperate switch, using the rice lights only when you feel like it, a 10.89, thats damm good for a N/A, is that a internet 10.89, or a real world 10.89? What was your MPH by the way? With a N/A, your 60 foot time must have been **** too?

OK, I'm around this stuff all DAY!!

My definition:

Things you put on your car that make it look good, even if everyone else dosen't share your view=Not (total) rice.

Putting things on your car because they look cool, and you think this makes you faster=RICE!!!

As long as you don't think they give you 5hp, I'm cool with it!

That is totally ricey, no matter how fast your car is. It adds no functionality, whatsoever. They're only there for the cosmetic "appeal", and that, to me, is rice.
