Regrets And Such?
#1
I rarely post on this forum or on the craptacular one... but here goes.
Have you guys ever sold a car, and regret doing so? I had a semi-decent FB that I ended up selling to a friend of a friend... it wasn't like I drove the car in over a year. Infact she sat on the back lot of the local Mazda dealership for ages. I still miss the car and though I can understand why... it's been a few months. Maybe it's taken this long to sink in? Or maybe I miss being heard from 3-4 blocks away pulling out from a stop sign...

Isn't it funny how that works? Try explaining it to your wife or girlfriend and they never understand. I had a '67 Mustang I sold and to this day regret it.
In a perfect world I could keep every car I acquire. Wouldn't that be nice.
I have Sold 2 FB's in the past and miss them too. One I traded in because I was 20 and my insurance and car payments were killing me.
In 1987 I was paying $2400 a year to insure that car. The other FB I sold when my son was born I just could not afford it anymore plus we used to money to pay the doctor bills.
2 years ago I sold my 90GTU to a kid in my subdivision so I could get my TII. He still has it but it breaks my heart because it looks like ****.
The car was black and was flawless now the pasanger door is all dented in and it is always filthy. Breaks my heart.
I know all too well where your coming from.

I usually wreck them before I sell them, so that brings on a whole new level of regret LOL
May I join you?
