LOL. It's just a bad generalization (reputation).

But it has it's truth. The field is full of such filth (Liars, cheaters, illegal junk) mainly due to the ease of entry and possibility for such a nice commission.

As a Realtor (assistant) of a Real Estate team myself, I just know that the same effort is given for a $200k listing as a $1.5m listing, how or why should I make 5-6 times MORE on that second listing when I've done the same amount of "Work"? Oh well...*I* won't complain eh..?

RE Commission paid off my FD's $7k loan in 3 months

What other "bottom feeding occupation" needs a multi-million dollar ad campaign to tell you that their service is needed?

Because contradictive complainers like yourself don't know what to do or what is required by law when selling/buying a home, or have the time to do any of such research. Don't act like it's the only job that takes consumer's hands and guides them through something they could do on their own given if they had more time (which they simply don't have...given our busy lifesteyles)...

Lawyers don't advertise?
