I'm glad you didn't say you built one in South Carolina, cause the guys that built the one I used to work at, had the plans completely backwards, and built the foundation that way. Then they had to go back and turn it around and just decided to build the rest of the way it was supposed to, so all the water from the kitchen would try to drain out into the resteraunt. Good job they did.

Actually, ours had more serious problems that a little mixup on which direction is up on the plans...

That happens way too often, that and sub contractors that take off the plan in the wrong scale, their bids are always way too low or incredibly high.

The texas roadhouse project was a nightmare for every sub on that job. They had an in-house contractor running the job(they go from place to place just building them), and they are very good at screwing contractors, and trying to find loopholes to save money. That put my boss $20k in the hole from that job. One of those loopholes, and the ensuing batle with the city inspector put the one here 3 months behind schedule on opening, and it was so close to NEVER being able to open.
