Happens all the time.. Bottom line is there are stupid people in drivethru windows. If they were smart would they be working there? Next time, just call the store and complain. They'll usually comp you.

its too bad i wasnt manager at my BK, customers get away with TOO MUCH **** its not even funny over a 5 dollar meal. Most people through drive through dont deserve ****. They come up, scream, yell hold up the line and most of the time they are drunk out of their mind. When people who just want to get their order and get the **** out (you know like fast food) are being held up by morons who should of came in the restaurant where they couldve been beat by a couple tired, overworked cooped up kitchen staff with too much time on their hands!!!!

srce, youre an idiot. the people that work at wendys in the middle of the night are most likely high school drop outs that are smoked out. this isnt even a moral issue, im gonna go out on a limb a say that they didnt steal your sandwich and keep it for themselves, but either a: just forgot to put it in the bag, b: didnt ring it up in the first place (you have no way to tell bc you have no receipt), or d: the guy working there was ehm or lts, saw your car and was screwing with you.
