thats the ******* truth. i went there with my dad and needed a specific part. they pointed me to one (which was the wrong one) .. when i explained that it was the wrong one, and that i needed a different part; they were like "no, this should work"... i had to explain that I had already tried it (also spoke with a friend who was an electrician) and it wasn't capable of carrying certain signals. they then told me i needed to try it again, or that i installed it wrong...
to make a long story short, i ended up at a hardware store... old guy behind the coutner knew exactly what i needed. went home, connected what i needed, and walla !

i didnt do that modifying, someone else did. someone apparently who doesnt like verizon....or who thought np94 works for verizon (even tho he works for cingular) and was trying to get him to fight me or something.
