I've had a V1 on each of my 3 previously owned cars, all were sold with the cars because once the buyers saw them, they wanted them. I'll never sell me upcoming FD so another V1 will be in order.

 

you can find them on ebay, but the price is usually the same as buying direct from V1, you can get older ones on ebay too, but add the cost to have it updated and the cost will be the same or close.

I have a radar detector, it's not as good as the V1 (heck, i'm not sure who's it made by, my brohter got it for me before I got the car....) it works okay. It goes off mainly on automatic doors and such. Every now and then it'll go off on a cop (like today because of the damn voting thing today....)

I always thought as long as it had 360o detection you were cool.

 

As long as they are 100x 100 it doesn't make a difference.

 

you can use any pix it autoshrinks to 100x100. i'm an admin so i can change it to whatever size i want though LOL
