You can put almost any engine in a Rx7. The main thing that will limit you is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

A 20B would probably be better to go with because you'll probably have to make the 4 rotor motor yourself. Granny's speed shop has made a 4 rotor motor.

Check out this 3 rotor bad boy Twin.

Hey Twin, when are you going to get yourself a 7? You'll never want to drive your mustangs again.

Yup, the 787B, if im not mistaken, which won Le Mans in 1990 or 91. Good luck getting your hands on one. I read somewhere that they used 3 spark plugs per rotor, ouch.

All you need to is to find someone that will make the eccentric shaft, once you have that, the rest "should" be easier.

You can used regular 13B parts to make one, but you'll need a custom made eccentric shaft. The 787B motor isn't someething you can go buy.

At www.3rotor.com the guy is building a 4 rotor and putting it in an early 90's cosmo. Looks like a lot of custom stuff to me and big $$ no doubt.

I wish they had imported the cosmo here, what a cool car.
