I think he pitched the ladder too small of an angle against the wall. Funny how he was doing that and got hurt "Showing off" the ladder by fake-dusting the wall...how lame. I bet ya he was pissed "Stupid job,i want to be a real construction worker!"
The ladder only moves when he hits the floor, it was his footing on the ladder cause he lost balance reaching up on such an almost verticle ladder.

he fell because he tried to grab onto something to walk his way down the ladder, he then noticed he was at the very top of the ladder,, panicked, tried to step an extra step down, missed and went tumbling.
had he not panicked like a poo-c he wouldnt have fallen.

i thought he was going to bounce but no such luck....its funny though how they cut away and then look at the host but they are starring at him on the ground
