Use an f-stop F5.6-11 or more depending on the exposure length and set the exposure time anywhere from 1/15-60 seconds.

That's my dream camera, but when SS6 came up, I had to get something cheap. So I got the PSC-P32 from Sony. It's a 3.2 Megapixle cam and it's pretty nice for a 200 dollar camera. I'll have to try it out at night though.

The one thing about having replacement batteries is when you are on vacation and u are out and u run out of batteries u can refill at any convience store around.
