about 3.5 hours on my own stipping the motor down to the block. then about an hour or 2 for me and Vosko to set up the hoist, pull out the motor, and clean up the mess.

That engine i dirty as hell...Time to rebuild nd do some polish work..



When I ynk my engine it should take no longer than 45 min to 1 hr....if that..



No clutch fan...just unbolt the mounts...unplug the dizzy..alt..throttle cable..oil sensor..and like 4 little other bullshit wires..the tranny bolts..and starter and engine should come out..yeah forgot about the hoses...

Did you pull the motor out with the Tranny? It took me about an hour and a half to 2 hours to pull it with the tranny in place. W/O may take longer....

No I left the tranny in. Unvolting the engine from the trans and pulling it was the easy part. Taking all the crap off the car so I could actually see the motor was the hardpart. Honestly I'd say it took an hour to unbolt the motor from trans, release the clutch, and pull her out

our personal record for a 1st gen is like 20minutes, its amazing how much faster a pair if snipper makes that job....
