yep, to each his own. and you can't say that you don't love it when you catch people checking out your car. I know I do.
I like when people appreciate my car for what it is, but that has nothing to do with why i put it together like i did. FYI when I go to car shows/ get togethers I don't even pop my hood, I'd much rather have my car sitting back in the dark corner where noone will screw with it. I don't need other people's appreciation to feel good about my car.

And I sure as hell don't mod my car to what I think other people would want me to do.

You may not mod it for other people (WHO DOES?!), but you like the attention you get. If you don't, you're not human.

1 people who buy spinners

2 from people that know what they are talking about, not drool from a ricer that sees sparkly things

I like spinners too. specially the ones with the black background that just sit still while your moving, instead of spinning.
Well, see the thing is, spinners are lame.

If I had an SUV I'd have big dubs like 93 R1 does

I wouldn't get spinners though

I think theres a big difference between having a car that goes fast and a car for just cruising (usually a truck for that, or chopper)

Alot of people just get confused, what with big aluminum wings, "performance" engine mods, and big heavy chrome rims and a stereo - They just don't know what they want, or they don't understand the concept of owning more than one vehicle so they do everything in one.

My dream SUV is an Escalade ESV or EXT on 22" or 24" NON-spinners. It's so much more classy than the spinning ones.

I enjoy the attention my car receives... But I hook up my car for my own enjoyment, not to get the attention from the people around me. My car happens to receive attention, and that's great. But attention is not my motive for hooking up my car. Further enjoying my own car is...

Rims don't necessarily help you enjoy your car more for anything more than looks. Sure, it's flashy, eye catching, and can enhance the looks of a vehicle. But spinning rims are just screaming "Hey look at me! I spent way too much money to get your attention."
