So I got my property tax for the '84 Rx7 I recently sold in the mail yesterday.

Loved it:

- 1984 Mazda Rx7 | Assessed Value: $200 | Property Tax: $7.00 | Car Relief Tax: $7.00 | Amount Owed: $0.00

Can't wait to dish out the whopping $10 I'll probably owe for the '85 GSL, lol...

Oh, and if you don't pay property tax on cars in your state ......

pay tax anytime the car is sold, it can be sold 10 times and they collect tax 10 times.

other then that just a registration fee every 2 years, or one year if you have historical plates.

it goes by weight, not value.

Damn, in FL we pay registration fee every year, not every 2.

Though, we don't have property tax on cars, no emissions testing, and no state income tax.

it used to be every year, now they made it every other and just charge you double.
