I went to the bank on my lunch break to get a certified check for my closing costs/escrow. This was just a branch of the bank that I use in my town so they did not have all of my account information on hand. So anyway, they have to call my bank and banter back and forth before they will cut me this check. I forget to take out any cash in all the confusion. So at this point I have like 15 minutes left for lunch and to get back to my office. I pull into Arbies roast beef and make my order before I even think about the fact that I HAVE NO CASH. I get to the drive thru lady and I am just about to tell her "I am stupid and have no money. Have a good day" She hands me a business card and says "The lady in front of you paid for your lunch." I have never met her nor seen her before in my life. I waved at her and she drove off. The business card was from a church here in Frankfort with no name on it... Coincidence? I think not...

religious solicitors can be fun sometimes. We were anticipating a jehovah's witness/mormon showdown right outside our house one day, but nothing happened. I think the latter-day saints were outnumbered. I shoulda release our dogs to make it interesting.

 

Yeha I don't dig Mormons or Jehovah's Witness, but most every one else is cool.
