I think you're way to into "the meaning" of the movie. I just go for entertainment, special effects, and to see **** blow up. I thought the movie met all of those criteria. I was worth my $6.

they make you end up anticipating the best movie ever only for you to find that it is nothing more that some high tech jesus flick.....seriously if you take the movie king of kings and put them in tight leather and gave them guns that would be the matrix revolutions. i was so pissed to find that all they could do was bite off of the oldest story ever told. i mean for the love of god they even took direct quotes from the bible and put them in it.

and while im at it!! why the hell did they lead up to this huge fight between neo and smith only to have it look like something directly from dragonballZ, minus the engery blasts which would probably of made it cooler.
