Driving home with my brother and g-friend and son after 3rd qrtr of the Super Bowl in the .25 inch of ice in 4wd and bam, dies, nothing...we were pretty close to town so it ended up OK, but i was just getting ready to sell the giant piece of ****, it's getting gas, no spark, all fuses are OK, all belts are OK, all spark plug wires are OK, so we're thinking ECU....BLEH!!! **** it, I HATE DOMESTICS, never had this many problems with teh 7, we were just driving up a slight incline in 3rd gear doing 35 and it died and flashed the check engine light..

If you turn the key to the 'on' position, do the warning lights light up? 'Cause if so, the ECU ain't dead.
One common problem with those 60deg V6's is the ignition coil. Is there voltage on the signal wire for the coil?
EDIT: BTW, I have a '93 bravada with the HO 4.3L V6.. And there's no simpler system to work on than these things.

After some discussion with a former s-10 blazer owner (owned 3 actually) he says it is most likely the ignition module also...so i guess I'll get that, and see if that works...if not, back to the drawing board...and i didn't notice a distributor on the motor just a point type thing...i could be wrong :|
