I like it when people ask me why i would get rid of twin turbos to go to one!!!! Then i tell them why and they give me this stupid look like !!! Oh well i just had a fight with a guy at work about the RX-8 and he wouldn't beleive the motor wasn't a V6!!!!

 

u should have told him it was the V8 version of thr rx7, hence RX"8"...

 

I've been told before that an Rx7 FC is a V8 cause it has twin pipes at the rear.

 

I get this stuff all the tme. I have heard the twin to single turbo one at work alot. People get so excited to know its a twin turbo btu don't knoe anything about them. When I am at a stop light people ask me all kinds of questions. Especially, " what year is that?" They all think it is a 2003 or something. I love when people say that it looks new.

never got porsche, got a few "thats a mazda?!" a lot of "is the the turbo model?" and a handfull or "v6 or 4banger?"s

 

When they say "Is that a V6 or a 4 banger" you say, wha? a v6? 4 banger? WTF are talkin about? What the hells a v6? Pistons, huh? WTF are those?

 

i wonder if supra owners get offended like we do if they're asked if their car is a V6? turbo?
