Not talking about the Batman character. I had poison ivy three times so far, and each time I got it, it was a worse case of it. First time, meh, just gave it time, went away. Second time, got so bad I had to get shots for it. But the third time was the best. It was all over my left hand (also my freaking writing hand) and I figured I'd be in for some shots, but I tried to give it time. In my old neighborhood, we'd burn a lot of paper trash and leaves and wood in our backyard to save some time and space. My dad entrusts me with the job (I was 15 I think) and so I set to work. By this time the crap was pretty much covering my left hand, bleh. So I'm moving all of the boxes outside and everything, got a really nice pile going. But then I have to also burn these logs from a fallen tree that were cut. This made things more difficult so lighting it was impossible. Then I get the idea, hey, gasoline! A little Vitamin G always makes fires quicker, right? Right. So I throw a bit on the pile and then make me a little stream leading away from it so I can light it from a distance. Now before I've been able to do this with a Scripto lighter and keep my hand away thanks to the extended reach, but this time we only had matches. Guess what? Instead of throwing the lit match down and hopping away, I reached down with the lit match and proceeded to light the vapors. *Voom!* Fire erupted all over my hand and then lit the pile. The back of my hand wasn't burned too badly, but it kept me up all night. I noticed later that all of the hairs on my hand were singed but also that every bit of the poison ivy had been fried off. Pretty cool. Oh, and I don't get stupid with gas anymore either.

I don't know how many times I've had it, I spent so much time walking through woods as a kid.

So what's worse, poison ivy or chiggers?
