I seem to be operating on "plan b" more then plan a as of late. I'm wondering if I should just scrap plan a altogether in the future and proceed to b.

The housing market here ******* crashed, this place is going to be a ghost town in a few months.... meanwhile we are trying to sell the house, which even after lowering 20,000 off the price and resting on the break even we haven't gotten one bite. That said, we've decided to rent it out as the rental market isn't near as ****........ yet. Meanwhile we're trying to refinance, go interest only and go with cheaper insurance (currently 2800 per year) and try to starve through this "bust" for a couple years.

Anyhow, I gotta figure out how to insure it for a rental with a pool, realtor said that may be a bit of hiccup, would be a sub plan of B, code name b2, or even though the plan remains similar is it plan c I dunno.

No where, we are moving on to the new boat, actually we've been living on the new boat for the past 2 months.

oh i've thought about it, trust me. but our insurance co is a pile of crap, not even sure they are an insurance co, i think it's just some dude working out of his garage.

Yea it's an above ground pool which is supposedly safer then an inground, but who knows what insurance co's think.

yea, that's actually one of the things that has always made me question the necessity for employment.. I mean honestly if we were meant to be on some sort of schedule wouldn't we have some device on our body's for telling time? I mean obviously i was meant to touch myself.... i have hands and a ***** and yet no method for telling the date or time.
