Alright, as most of you know I sold my TII to pay for damages done to my family car. My car is finally finsihed at the shop after a 6 weeks. ******* Lagger. I didnt mind the wait because he was doing the work real cheap and said he'll give me back my car and take payments. The total work came out to $2000 when it was supposed to be $2700. I gave him a grand upfront and made that deal with him. I called him today and he said your car is done and you can have it when you pay me the other grand. I asked him if he remembers what he said about payments and he said no. I didnt get this down on paper because the owner of the shop is the dad of a friend I hung out with before. ******* Bastard. I now think I wont have my car back till next month, because im behind two months rent (which i have the money for) and im the only one working in my house. Wife dont work, brother lost his job and roommate also got fired. Thank God for goverment help though, cause I dont know how my kids would survive without their help.

Sounds like it time to suck it up and get a second job, If thats what it takes. Send the brother and roomate out to do day labor at least

 

Holy **** what a *****!!! Was the guy who worked on your car the same friend's dad? I think that it's kinda fishy, i'd get a offical reciept and call up your friend from before... Before i totaled my lincoln i put about $800 into it. I had to go to the dealership to fix it. The crash happend while i was waiting for a $150 part and i never got it. My friend called them up yesterday and said it was over 10 days and my part wasn't coming to me even though i paid for it. i was so much in debt i didn't care anymore...but **** if my situation was like yours i'd be doin everything i could..

 

I used to work 3 jobs for about 3 years. Graveyard Shift ---> 9-5 and then i worked weekends. I called my buddies house and there is no answer, he's prolly at school. and regarding my brother and roomate, they have paid their share until the 15th of November. Only reason y I keep that damn place is because they cant afford to live on their own, so Im trying to help out. My oldest brother is trying to help me out, he's gonna see if his bitch of a wife will loan me money until the end of november. my brother is sooooooo whipped. and I would get another job again but it is kinda hard to survive when ur 5'7" and 115ilbs. Ive lost too much weight. Well thanks for listening to me bitch, I just needed a place to vent and Im prolly not gonna drink tonight cause I have paintball in the morning

Quit spending money on booze. Seems kind of silly to me , you can't pay your rent but you can find enough $$ to drink, reexamine your priorities

Still seems a bunch of misplaced priorities. If you got time to sit around and drink you have time to work



2001 logged 1256 hours of overtime. A MAN has to do whatever is neccasary to keep the roof over his families head. Sitting at home drinking with your pals doesn't cut it. IMHO!
