Photoshop help

From: Stacked outside you're trailer door
Can anyone photoshop these wheels for me? I'd like to keep the lip, and rivets/bolts silver, and everything else a glossy black. When I bought them I was planning on putting them on a Red FD, not a Silver one. Thanks
