HA HA every kegerator system on the market mounts the tank inside. I've been running my small kegerator for over 3 years with the tank it's special inside spot.

You only need 8 to 10 PSI, not 1500

Maybe if you were trying to draw more then an incredibly small fraction of the C02 cylinders pressure having it at 40 degrees would effect, but it doesn't when you are drawing max 10 PSI.

Who cares, the point is to get drunk off some nice cold beer straight from the keg.

who cares about how long some bottle lasts, just go buy more and terrorize town in a drunken rampage!

Decreasing the temperature of the C02 doesn't have anything to do with the quantity in the tank. You judge the level by weight, you can weigh it at 35 or 80 doesn't matter weight is the same.

One 5 lbs tank lasts about 10 to 12 kegs and it costs about $12.00 for 5 lbs.... I don't see it as an issue and like I say all the kegerators have an inside storage mount, it would A) look like **** on the outside and you would have to drill and insulate a 3/4 inch diameter hole in and out of the fridge, my guess is the loss in cooling would be more expensive.

Plus if the keg is at 40 and the bottle at whatever, the c02 must enter the keg before it hits the cup, so it will drop to 40. Basically if the temp decreased the gas mass, it would do it whether before inside or out, it's all relative. I would guess.

when i used to work at a bar everytime the tank ran out and you put a fresh one on we wasted alot of beer because the air in the lines. made the beer all foam.

thats valuble beer i dont like to waste.

just trying to help

more air = less changeing tanks = more BEER = drunken rampage
