yea but spidering a website is totally diff than spidering your private email context.

Still isn't spam, the statement was
That's the one where they read your e-mail for you and send you junk mail based on what they read!
and that is not the case.



Would be like saying the add at the bottom send you pm's based on what you post. There's a HUGE difference. Anyhow, the spider isn't "spying" it's mearly looking for keywords and delivering content based on them.

So it's OK to read your e-mail, as long as they don't send you more e-mail?
