Phins: Garage Problem

ok so ive been trying to get to my garage thing couple problems:
1) If i clink the garage link on my posts it like tries to go to my garage but flips out and stops loading.
2) If i click "garage" up top there it goes to the main screen but when i click on the car in "my garage" i get the following error:
"mySQL query error: SELECT DISTINCT (mods.category_id),cats.title,cats.image_id
FROM ibfgarage_mods AS mods, ibfgarage_categories AS cats
WHERE mods.garage_id = '158' AND cats.id = mods.category_id
GROUP BY cats.title ASC
mySQL error: Got error 28 from table handler
mySQL error code:
Date: Wednesday 24th of August 2005 05:06:22 AM"
3) If i go to create a new car there are no car makes or car models in the drop down menu.
