Paypal almost always goes in the buyers favor. I had something lost in the mail, and the guy filed a claim through paypal. Paypal ruled in his favor, despite me providing a tracking number proving I shipped it. They basically left it up to me to try to get my money back through the shipping company, fedex. Never got my money back, but thats a fedex thing. **** them for giving me the run around for 4 months before just denying my claim, with no grounds. They had it in their system, but it never left the terminal. Thats according to their records, but they still denied the claim.

PayPal is risky business period. I never keep any fair amount of money in PayPal for the fact that if a buyer decides they didnt like the deal they got and bitch PayPal will freeze your funds. Remember also they are not Federally insured.

Doesnt matter. If paypal rules against you, they will pull the funds out of your bank account or credit card if its not in your paypal account.

Hmm I'm glad none of this has happened to me! I've never had a problem with PayPal (knock on wood).

PayPal is scary. Aren't there credit cards that help insure you?

I've never used paypal for some strange reason, and now I know why. That is so shitty that they can do that to anyone with just a complaint from one person. With as widespread and accepted that they have become one would think that they would have at least come up with a reasonable way to resolve such complaints, not just refunding the buyer. Total bullshit.
