phinsup recommended i get a traffic lawyer so that's what i'm gonna do. its a 5 point ticket!
If you have a otherwise clean license, you may get some good luck fighting it with a lawyer, dont even think about doing it on your own!

hey vosko, this is how i fight my traffic tickets. it works here in the cali but don't know where you are. so here goes.

i go to court and say that i'm not guilty, get a another court date where the cop who give me the ticket is there.

i call and cancel the court date a week or 2 before. then get another court date a month or 2 later.

then i do it again.

then finally i go to court and the cop doesn't show up cause it's been 6 months, plus the notes he has on the ticket is too old and he would forget what happen anyways, i haven't had the cop show up yet. the judge dismiss the case.

thats it....
