the head of the 'peanut corporation of america' he sold bad nuts and knew it.

the ceo of goldman sachs; i watched him tell congress that they made billions in 07 and 08, but still took the t.a.r.p. money anyways. they only made money, because they called anything that wasnt a profit, also profit. he's in the line for more money BTW, why would a profitable company need to "borrow" money?

congess; for loaning money they dont have to schmucks like the ceo of goldman sachs

they guy who punched rhianna, its not cool to punch girls

the california clean air resources board; these 5 people arent elected but get to do anything they want.... if they told the govinator the hot air coming out of his mouth was bad, he'd have to shut up.

bernie madoff; his punishment is to be "grilled" in front of congress.... he stole 50 million and thats his punishment, yet they arrested 8 people in the phelps bong hit thing. whats better? 50 million and a trip to washington to see if they can bore you to death, or get arrested because you were at the same party as someone who might have smoked pot?

More importantly let's compile a list of people that shouldn't be in jail, but are.

All people in prison for marijuana possession should be released. that would eliminate a massive portion of the pirsoners.

Youre forgetting about the millions upon millions of "seized drug funds" that partially fund police depts, especially those along major interstates. The city I live in is right on I95, and the local cops regularly get bust drug runners. So much so that every car in the dept was paid for with those seized drug funds. We also have an excessively large police force given the population, and general lack of crime.
