they're preserved with cold A/C...ever see that movie "folks?" Trailer home, all shades drawn, a/c cranking at full-blast...prolonges life.

you're a bit late the heat wave finished about 2 weeks ago ... I think you will find that around 1000 extra died due to the heat ... but that is normal, there will always be more old folks croaking it during the height of summer and in the coldest part of winter.
