So, i tohught sinful7 did paint and body work, i was wrong when i pm'd him haha.

Anyway, ive got a chance to go to an automotive vocational school in houston.

i really want to learn to do collision repair and paint, my questions, how hard is it to break into the buisness and what is general pay like?

Ive had no experience with it at all, from what ive heard it takes a lot of time and patience, 2 things of which i have plenty of.

just the paint itself, or the collision repair?

they also offer some nice autmotive courses about tuning and modifying.

Easy to get a job, you can just apply as a porter and most places will teach you anything you show an interest in learning. Most body guys do not make a ton of money though. If you get good you can make money just like anything else in life but just being an average body guy at your average paint/ collision repair shop I would be surprised if you made over 50k a year at best.
