lol im infantry, what use do i have for a m19 or a mortar? ur notgonna clear a room with mortar tube infront of u. with the saw i can bust in a door and spray

no... im a saw gunner, hence the pics of the saws... and what other infantrymen? they sure dont carry mortar tubes or artilliery

mortar, machine gun, dragon gun,etc.. all part of a infantry battalion
they are obviously not called "infantrymen , or riflemen", but they are part of the infantry

hence they are not infantryman, they are support. and im airborne but not a ranger yet, im going to ranger school then sf selection

I just retired from the Army with 20 years. It was fun. I was an 11B, master parachutist on status for 10 years, 2 as an instructor, and 8 as training and operations. A ripped patella tendon and dislocated knee cap took me out of the "Real Army" and i had to finish behind a desk. But I got a lot of memories and stories to tell.
If you go Airborne keep your feet and knees together, don't think you can be a Sky God forever. I had over 200 static line jumps and I still got taken out. I guess my old bones couldn't take it anymore.

yes they are support... and they dont really "fight" being a 1000 meters away from someone u are killing isnt really fighting.
but they do help out alot . its nice haveing a mortar team attached to u. so they can bomb the **** out of a building b4 u go into it
