How would you handle that? I mean, yes... it's a GOOD thing.... and you like them (alot) too.....hmm.... I don't know. Like.... they asked you to come live with them , in a way (or would you call this that they asked: I'll be getting a house soon with a few buddies of mine, the schools up here are really great...." and some other stuff...)
