I believe you only have like 30 days or something from purchase to make a complaint with paypal, so keep that in mind.

if the item is not as it was described to you, you are allowed to file a complaint, now if its accepted or rejected is another thing....... give it a shot

Good news, the seller is going to give me my money back. The only bad thing is shipping is going to eat me up...he works for FedEx so shipping is $3 for him.
