Cool, oh yea you guys are also welcome to use nopistons.net as your start page, the forum is easily accessed by clicking the "Forums" link on the left hand side... so the two sites are becoming a little integrated and they will be even more so soon. News, stories, etc... can all be submitted by you guys and show up on the front page. It will be a great start page with a shitload of resources for RX-7's.

Well here is the original mission statement:

The most frequent question we get is, what is the "NP Project"? Well most sites register the .net extension and just forward it to their existing .com site. At Nopistons.com we decided to have some fun with it, thus the birth of the "NP Project". Nopistons.net will "redefine" the meaning of "internet community". Not only will you find the best forum on the net at Nopistons.com, but you'll have access to a powerful web portal where you will be able to upload and download images, videos and other media. You'll be able to set up and configure your own photo/video album! All of this built on the solid Red Hat Linux platform using php and MySQL.

End

Basically it gives us the opportunity to try new things, we don't have storage nor the resources on nopistons.com to do the forum and the image/video hosting, with building nopistons.net on a separate, dedicated server I can add resources as needed and not drag the speed of the forum down with the "NP Project". You'll notice the two becoming somewhat integrated, but they will always exist separately... for the most part. Here at nopistons.com we will probably "phase out" the Members Rides section as I have to maintain that myself, with the photo album program you members can add, delete, etc... as needed without having to e-mail me and wait for your changes to be done.

It truly brings us the best of both worlds, a great forum and a great sister site that will bring everything possible to the rotary engine enthusiast, we don't fall short on not providing some services... you get it all here. Know of any forum on the net that brings you a forum, online video/pic hosting with unlimited resources? Nope.... the NoPistons "group" of sites will raise the expectation for all internet communities.

LOL, damn that was really fun to write!!!

Providesite.com will probably launch Monday!

All known bugs have been squashed, software version RC-2A looks like we are ready to go live if we don't have anymore hardware issues on the PC.
