Not sure I know the cornbinder I was working on for a postal carrier used ford mechanicals for it's brakes and some of the suspension, plus the Navistar 6.9L engine. I wouldn't be surpirsed if they are sharing more then engine technology, International's suspension tends to be crude at best.
