has a 1st gen rx-7 and hes gone through 4 different exhuasts on it, all of them were installed through a muffler shop. first was 3.25 piping, and now its 2.5, and hes gonna put in a 2.25 because every one of them melted. and he brought his car in one day and was talking about how it had 2 pisstons, and then he went on saying something about heating, and how since he has a rotary it tends to overheat alot. My bro then asked him how many ports were on it and he replied "well, since it has 2 psitons....i guess it has four."

The kid needs to be educated that is has no pistons. No cams. It has two oddly shaped triangles that spin around and go Zoom Zoom Zoom.



I had to deal with this a while back at work but I just don't bother with it anymore.



And was there ever any engine that had 2 pistons?? I know the little Geo Metro's had a 3 cylinder, but c'mon 2 pistons? How idiotic can you be?

Hell, who wouldn't. I'd be happy with the engine. lol. My 7's been out of commision for 8 months now cause I cant afford a rebuild yet. (fun decision, Rebuild engine and live in car, or find a new place to live and rebuild car later.)
