Got up this morning, weather is shitty, nothing new, look out the window, see a HUGE snake crawling across my yard, get the slingshot and try to hit it, miss, get my broadsword, go out to chop it up, it gets up a tree, and it's FAST too...forget about it for awhile, go about my business, look out the same window, and there it is, draped 4 inches in front of my window, try to hit it with slingshot again, no good, DO NOT wanna get near it, cuz it is BIG.....Eventually I call over a friend he knocks it out of the tree with a hoe, i bludgeon it to death, turns out to be and 8 FOOT black snake, not poisonous, but it is a good deal bigger than I am, so it dies....later in the day I train a new guy at work, nice guy, pretty intelligent, on our way out he mentions he's beat a few Mustang GT's in his '04 Cavalier, i was like, yeah ok, whatever, and went on my way, see him on the highway (he goes the same way I do) and pass him, just messing with him, get to a stop light I stop, but he's far enough back that he doesn't have to, so I gun it off the light, he's already moving 55-60, i floor it, get even with him about 70, then BAM, he leaves me like I'm standing still....I know my Berretta's not FAST, but is pretty quick, tho it's an auto......about 20 minutes later, driving through the ******* town the kid lives in, I see a cop, i NEVER speed through this town because they know the family name (my mom and dad both did community service there from tickets), he doesn't pull me over, no big deal, continue on my way, come to a van doing 40 in a 60 and swervng all over the place driving erratically, i pass them and speed up to 65, a few hills later i see headlights RIGHT on my ***, and I think ****, the van driver sped up and is planning some road rage revenge, i speed up to 75-80, and get to the 4-way and my turn, well they back off a bit, i turn my signal on, and turn, BAM cherries in the rearview...I have SR-22 insurance and ANY ticket I lose my license again, the cop is nice, doesn't give me a ticket, searches my car, is generally a nice guy..thank god.....I hope tomorrow isn't as eventful..

I'm serious, if you woulda seen this thing, EIGHT FEET of black snake, it also CLOSELY resembled the water moccasins we get around here, which is a VERY unpleasant reptile, add the fact that I have a 6 month old son and we like to play in the backyard, i need to discourage them........and i mean seriously EIGHT FEET, and it was all black and sinister looking....bleh, getting creeped out just thinking about it...ugghhhh

if i had 8 feet of snake in my yard i would have called in sick that day. you should ask him what he has in his cavy, maybe it wont bother you so much that he won anyways.



and since one ticket and no more lisence, i wouldnt ever break the law in any shape or form untill thats over with.

I wouldn't have been speeding at all if i didn't think it was the moron in the van, and my god, that snake......BLEH! Gonna ask about the Cav tomorrow, tho I can't believe he would put ANYTHING in a brand new car and **** up the warranty, my car is more than likely slower than mollasses, and he was exagerrating about the GT's.....

Well so far my scare tactic seems to have worked no 8 foot snakes in my backyard today MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!
