Why dont you just buy the lights from someone else.
If you paid with slava with a credit card, call the credit card company and tell them the story, they will credit you the money back while they investigate. If Slava doesnt respond to the credit card company then they shouldnt give you a problem about crediting your account. Slava at that point will know that maybe he should have handled things better. I know people have said Slava is going thru some tough times personally, if he doesnt have the time for his shop, then credit people money so they can get thier stuff somewhere else.
