Freezing weather? Cold Showers? I would splurge at least for one night in a Motel 6 just to clean up and take a nice hot shower.

Living in the land of Hurricanes I have a generator tucked away in my garage. Its strong enough to run a refridgerator and a TV and possibly a light or 2. We didn't get any storms this year but when we do your out of power for a few days.

Great idea going to Starbucks. Just sittin back relaxing, surfing the web and people watching.

Hope your back in power soon.

I couldn't afford a motel if I wanted too, but we still have hot water cause everyone here is on gas hot water.

I took a shower by candle light this morning.

Well if you have hot water thats all you need and its a totally different story.

Then the Hotel folk are pussies w/ no sense of adventure.

This a perfect time to just relax and chase the wife around the house.

Just think 9 months from now there will be babies everywhere.
