No Pics In The Kills Forum?

I tried to do a post in the kills forum but there is no Browse option at the bottom of the page. So I can't add a pic to the post from my PC

some of the forums here have no attachment setting...just upload the pic to a server and use [ img ] html

the kills section is pretty useless as is, usually full of bullshit anyhow

so maybe the super admin doesnt feel it necessary to add pics.
