yeah if she puts all the paperwork in her name, and just puts you down as a licensed driver living in the house, you should be fine.

If she doesn't mention him and he doesn't get into any accidents then it will be ok, but if they do a check of all licensed drivers at that address there may be minor trouble.

I live in NJ and I only pay 6,000 for insure a year. Definately cuts out on moding my car those bastards
