Last year a buddy of mine said mortars are legal in florida now, you just have to sign a waiver. So I'm getting off work at noon, going to buy a bunch of cool fireworks, then heading to a condo at the beach with some family.

went to a little get together out in the country last year and the guy whos house we were at does the coolest thing. he takes the christmas tree and stands it up in some hay that may be soaked with an accelerant. then he straps all kinds of fireworks to the tree and shoots a roman candle at the hay to get it started. that was one of the coolest things ive ever seen
